Apart from the established chemicals like #DMSO, #Betaine, #Formamide, #BSA, #Trehalose, #T4gene32protein, #Carnitine, #NP40, #TritonX100, #Tween20, #PEG, #Gelatine, #Glycerol, #TMAC, #DTT etc., certain others like #deoxyinosine, #ethyleneglycol, #glycine are also reported to enhance PCR.
